Ovia North-east 1 constituency candidate of the APC, Mr. Ugiagbe Onaiwu Dumez submitted a WAEC certificate sat for by another person.
According to our sources and evidence available to us, Mr. Ugiagbe’s WAEC result dated 2001 with certificate No. 1230734, has a photograph of the person who sat for the examination but is bearing the name of Mr Ugiagbe. The mercenary employed by Mr Ugiagbe has confirmed the transaction and ready to come clean.
The embattled Mr. Onaiwu is the APC candidate for the March 9th Edo state house of assembly (EDHA) poll.
We understand PDP will be seeking his disqualification in court.
