APC Local Government congress stopped in Rivers.
The Rivers State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt grants the injunction stopping the Local Government Congress of APC .
Delivery the judgement on the suit filed by Senator Magnus Abe, Justice Nwogu said there should not be any attempt to use th e controversial Ward Congress of the Rivers APC to conduct the Local Government Congress of the party, pending the determination of the substantive suit.
