…You Can’t Wish Edo State Well and Vote for Someone You Do Not Believe in…

The Edo State Commissioner for Communication and Orientation, Chris Osa Nehikhare has urged Edo people not to cast their votes for a candidate they do not genuinely believe in, saying that no one wishes Edo well by considering casting their votes for someone they do not wholeheartedly believe in.

He made the call today in a statement signed and made available to the Press in the state capital.

According to him, “you Can’t Wish Edo State Well and Vote for Someone You Do Not Believe in.

“You cannot genuinely wish Edo State well while considering a vote for someone you do not truly believe in. During the APC primaries, Vice President Osinbajo made a statement that resonated with many Nigerians, yet unfortunately, not everyone heeded the call. The candidate we did not believe in was elected president, and since then, Nigerians have faced immense challenges.

He further added that Nigerians voted for the president they never really believed in and as such Nigerians are suffering due to high cost of living.

“The economy has deteriorated, fuel prices have skyrocketed, and the naira is projected to reach 2025 before we get there. We as a people, are now even implementing a feeding formula formulated by “broke students” in universities years ago(001)(100) (010). Its almost impossible to have two ones, talkless of three ones, in todays APC government.

“It is evident that the current APC candidate falls short on every parameter used for performance projection and evaluation.

“Given the circumstances, it is clear that nobody believes in him.

“Therefore, we should not consider him or his party, the APC.

“Truth is, you can’t wish Edo well and NOT Vote for Asue Ighodalo.

He therefore admonished Edo people to cast their votes for the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Barr Asue Ighodalo in the coming Edo governorship election
