The Edo Commissioner for Communication and Orientation, Chris Osa Nehikhare has called on Edo people not to vote for the All Progressives Congress (APC) stressing that you Cannot wish Edo well and Vote for a party that created all the problems in Nigeria.
This was contained in a statement released recently in Benin City the Edo State capital.
According to Nehikhare, “In 2015, a crate of eggs was priced at 600 naira. Today, that same crate costs a staggering 5,000 naira. This dramatic increase reflects the broader economic challenges that have emerged since the APC took office. Under the PDP government in 2015, our economy was stable, but since the APC assumed power, it has become almost unrecognizable adding that, “you Cannot wish Edo well and Vote for a party that created all these problems.
“We cannot ignore the hardship that our families are facing due to rising prices and declining living standards. The cost of basic necessities have skyrocketed, leaving many struggling to make ends meet.
“As we approach the elections on September 21, it is crucial that we express our dissatisfaction with the current state of affairs. We must come together as a community to say no to the APC and their policies that have failed our people. Let us show them that we are not happy with the status quo”.
He therefore urged Edo people to vote massively for the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Barr. AsueI ghodalo
